FAQ
Is the $49 truly flat regardless of team size?
Yes. 5 people or 50 — same price. No per-seat upcharge. We bet team-level pricing is healthier than seat-based for memory products because larger teams produce more memory value per dollar of infrastructure.
What's the difference between Team and Enterprise?
Team is self-serve, hosted multi-tenant on mnueron infrastructure. Enterprise adds: BAA, SAML SSO + SCIM, on-prem deployment option, dedicated support, custom retention, longer audit log retention. If you need a BAA or are in healthcare/finance, you want Enterprise.
How does role-based access work?
Five roles. Owner manages billing and can delete the org. Admin manages members and policies but can't bypass audit. Compliance Officer reviews quarantine and audit log read-only. Team Lead manages a team's subset. Member is the IC default. Detail at /docs/rbac.
Audit log retention?
1 year on Team. 7 years on Enterprise (HIPAA-compliant). Exportable to S3 anytime.
